How I Work
I make it easy to get your computer fixed. After you call me, I will have you scheduled for a visit on the next day if not on the day you call. Once I am on site I'll listen to you explain your problems / issues, look at your system, then give you a price quote to fix it. I will answer any questions you may have about your issues and how I will fix them.
Most issues can be fixed on site, however if your computer has a nasty root-kit infection or something serious, I'll ask permission to take the computer back to my office where I can work on it in a more professional manner using my equipment. Turn around time for this kind of service is usually 1 day. Payment is then accepted once all requested services have been rendered and you are happy! I accept check or cash.
